Balloon Blitz Terms of Use

By playing Balloon Blitz ("the game"), made by Velaris Apps ("we"), you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game for your own entertainment. The game, its art, sounds and code belong to us.
2. Your account
Your account is linked to your device. Keep your transfer code private; anyone who has it can move your progress to their device. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
3. Fair play and behaviour
Do not cheat, use bots, modified versions of the game or bugs to gain an advantage, and do not attack our servers. Player names and messages must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal, and must not impersonate others. We may change offensive names, remove results we find to be invalid, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, gems, chests, passes and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and can only be used in the game. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their refund rules. We may change the game's content, prices and balance over time.
5. Ads
The game may show optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only when the ad is fully watched.
6. Availability
The game needs an internet connection for online features. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may stop offering it in the future.
7. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the consumer protection rules of the country you live in.

Velaris Apps ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Balloon Blitz'i ("oyun") oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimizi Gizlilik Politikası anlatır.
1. Oyunun kullanımı
Size oyunu kendi eğlenceniz için oynamanız amacıyla kişisel ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı veririz. Oyun, görselleri, sesleri ve kodu bize aittir.
2. Hesabınız
Hesabınız cihazınıza bağlıdır. Aktarma kodunuzu kimseyle paylaşmayın; kodu bilen herkes ilerlemenizi kendi cihazına taşıyabilir. Hesabınızda olanlardan siz sorumlusunuz.
3. Adil oyun ve davranış
Hile yapmayın; avantaj sağlamak için bot, oyunun değiştirilmiş sürümlerini ya da hataları kullanmayın ve sunucularımıza saldırmayın. Oyuncu adları ve mesajlar hakaret, nefret, cinsellik, tehdit ya da yasa dışı içerik barındıramaz, başkasını taklit edemez. Uygunsuz adları değiştirebilir, geçersiz bulduğumuz sonuçları kaldırabilir, bu kurallara uymayan hesapları askıya alabilir ya da silebiliriz.
4. Sanal eşyalar ve satın almalar
Altın, elmas, sandık, pass ve diğer sanal eşyaların gerçek bir değeri yoktur; paraya çevrilemez ve yalnızca oyunda kullanılabilir. Satın almalar Google Play ya da App Store tarafından, onların iade kurallarına göre yapılır. Oyunun içeriğini, fiyatlarını ve dengesini zaman içinde değiştirebiliriz.
5. Reklamlar
Oyunda isteğe bağlı, ödüllü reklamlar gösterilebilir. Ödül yalnızca reklam sonuna kadar izlendiğinde verilir.
6. Erişilebilirlik
Çevrim içi özellikler için internet bağlantısı gerekir. Oyunu çalışır tutmak için elimizden geleni yaparız, ancak her zaman erişilebilir ya da hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz; ileride oyunu sunmayı bırakabiliriz.
7. Sorumluluk
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ya da kaybolan ilerleme veya eşyalardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlar, tüketici olarak yasal haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.
8. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; en güncel sürümü üstteki tarih gösterir. Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; yaşadığınız ülkenin tüketiciyi koruma kuralları saklıdır.
