Delete your Balloon Blitz account
You can ask us to delete your Balloon Blitz account and all of its data at any time.
How to ask
- Send an e-mail to support@velaristechnology.com with the subject "Delete my Balloon Blitz account".
- Write your player name and, if you can, attach a screenshot of your profile in the game, so we can find your account.
We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- Your game account, player name, avatar, level, trophies, items and saved progress
- Your match history and leaderboard entries
- Your friends list and the messages you sent
- Your device information, notification settings and push token, and error reports linked to your account
What is kept
- Copies in our server backups disappear within a further 14 days.
- Records we must keep by law (for example purchase records) are kept for the period the law requires.
Deleting your account cannot be undone: your progress and purchased items will be lost. Uninstalling the game does not delete your account.

Neler silinir
- Oyun hesabınız, oyuncu adınız, avatarınız, seviyeniz, kupalarınız, eşyalarınız ve kayıtlı ilerlemeniz
- Maç geçmişiniz ve sıralamalardaki kayıtlarınız
- Arkadaş listeniz ve gönderdiğiniz mesajlar
- Cihaz bilgileriniz, bildirim ayarlarınız ve bildirim anahtarınız, hesabınıza bağlı hata raporları
Neler saklanır
- Sunucu yedeklerimizdeki kopyalar en geç 14 gün sonra kaybolur.
- Yasa gereği saklamamız gereken kayıtlar (örneğin satın alma kayıtları) yasanın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulur.
Hesap silme geri alınamaz: ilerlemeniz ve satın aldığınız eşyalar kaybolur. Oyunu telefondan kaldırmak hesabınızı silmez.
